    Print the work order from your confirmation email and put it in the box with the iPod, or buy the prepaid shipping kit — box, bubble mailer and USPS label. Mailing instructions.

  3. We fix it and ship it back

    We fit the part, test the iPod, and ship it back to you from Flemingsburg, KY. 1-year warranty on the repair.

    We test it and email your free repair quote. Most repairs are finished within 1 to 3 business days after you approve the quote.
