Refund policy
Returns
- You can return an item for any reason within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, custom items included. There are no returns after 30 days.
- Items must come back in the same condition and packaging in which they shipped (an item sold as new must still be new).
- Completed repairs aren’t refundable; our 1-year limited warranty covers them instead.
Return shipping
- If you change your mind, you pay the return shipping.
- If an item arrives faulty, damaged or wrong, or a repair or refurbished iPod is covered by our warranty, return shipping is on us (USPS Ground Advantage) unless the damage is user-incurred.

Refunds
We refund the same day we process your return, typically within 1–3 business days of its arrival. Your bank or card company may take a few more days to show it.
