Your repair, step by step

  1. You Tracking number added After you mail your iPod, add its tracking number here. USPS, UPS or FedEx: we recognize the carrier from the number.
  2. Carrier On its way to us Your iPod travels to iMods in Flemingsburg, KY.
  3. Carrier Delivered to iMods The carrier delivers it to our shop. It moves to our bench when we open the box.
  4. iMods On our bench We test your iPod and find what's wrong. We'll e-mail your free repair quote, usually within 1–3 business days.
  5. iMods Free quote sent Your quote comes by e-mail and shows on this page too. To go ahead, tap Yes, repair it here, or reply to our quote e-mail with yes. Then we send you a PayPal invoice. If you decline the quote, we ship your iPod back at our expense.
  6. iMods Repairing Once you approve the quote, most repairs are finished within 1–3 business days.
  7. iMods Shipped back to you Your iPod ships back by USPS with a tracking number, which we e-mail you.
  8. USPS Delivered to you Your repair carries a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.
