Print the repair work order above, fill in anything blank, and put it inside the package with the iPod. If you came here from your order confirmation email, the form is already filled in.

Package the iPod
1st option: Ship it yourself
Select this option if you agree to handle the shipping process all by yourself by providing your own materials and choosing the postal service of your choice. Ship your iPod safely by placing it inside a small, well padded box, and please be sure to package it securely.
2nd option: Buy our prepaid shipping kit
Buy shipping box and prepaid label (optional)Our kit consists of a corrugated shipping box, poly bubble mailer, and prepaid USPS postage label. This option enables us to simplify the process of mailing your iPod by providing you with all of the necessary materials needed for a safe and secure transport of the iPod.
