Only a hard drive or flash storage repair replaces the drive, so the music on it does not carry over on its own; back up your library first. Other repairs leave your music and data alone.

Pack your iPod

The iPod only — no cables, cases or docks.

Put your work order in the box

Print it, fill in anything blank, and put it in with the iPod. If you came here from your order confirmation email, it is already filled in.

No printer? Put a note in the box with your name, return address, email, order number and what is wrong.

We test it and email your free repair quote

If you don't like our price, we will ship your iPod back at our expense.

We repair it and ship it back

Once you approve the quote, most repairs are finished within 1–3 business days, and every repair carries a 1-year warranty on the work and the parts. Your iPod ships back by USPS with a tracking number, which we email you as soon as the shipment is prepared.
