Shipping policy

Where we ship. We ship within the United States only.

Free shipping. Orders of $200 or more ship free within the United States. For smaller orders, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

When your order ships. Parts ship within 1–2 business days. Refurbished iPods are built after you order and ship within 3–5 business days.

How we ship. We ship from Flemingsburg, Kentucky by USPS. Packages under one pound ship USPS Ground Advantage; packages over one pound ship USPS Priority Mail. Packages typically arrive within 2–5 business days. A tracking number is included with every order at no extra charge: you will get an automated email with your tracking number as soon as your shipment is prepared.

Mail-in repairs. You send your iPod to us (see Mailing instructions). If you decline your repair quote, we ship your iPod back at our expense. After a repair you approve, the return shipping is added to your bill. Return shipping for a faulty part or a repair covered by our warranty is on us.
