    Your iPod (no cables, cases or docks) and your work order, in a small, well-padded box. Want our box and a prepaid label? Add one for $14.95.

    With a free diagnostic we email you a quote. Decline it and we ship the iPod back at our expense.

    Repaired and shipped home

    Most repairs are finished within 3–5 business days after you approve, with a 1-year limited warranty.
