How it works

Pick your iPod above. Add our shipping box and prepaid label ($14.95) if you would rather not find a box yourself.
- Mail us your iPod
Pack it with your work order. No printer? Put a note in the box with your name, return address, email, order number and what is wrong. Mailing instructions
- We test it and email your quote
Approve it and we do the repair, usually within 3–5 business days, with a 1-year limited warranty. Decline it and we ship the iPod back free.

Is it really free?
Yes. The test and the quote cost nothing and you are under no obligation. If you decline the quote, we ship the iPod back at our expense. Our shipping box and prepaid label are optional, +$14.95.
How long does it take?
We test it when it arrives and email your quote. Once you approve it, most repairs are finished within 3–5 business days.
What happens to my music?
Most repairs leave your music where it is. A new hard drive or flash storage replaces the drive, so sync or back up your library with iTunes or Finder before you send the iPod.
Which iPods do you service?
The iPod 3rd Gen to the iPod Classic 7th Gen and both iPod Minis (model numbers A1040, A1059, A1099, A1136, A1238 and A1051). Not available for iPod touch, iPod nano, iPod shuffle, iPhone or iPad.
